This design was done to satisfy the fine taste of the client whilst accommodating the various spatial needs of a home. In order to ensure that the land is a financial asset and not a liability, a secondary suite featuring two ensuite bedrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen was added. To accommodate the spatial needs of the social lifestyle of the client, two lounge spaces were introduced on the ground level with two entrances to maintain privacy when needed. The design adapts neo-classical elements on the exterior façade in order to tell a story of sacrifice, hard work, and diligence whilst depicting a subtle sense of luxury. The spatial layout of the design also uses the classic lock neo-classical rectangular layout and features large fenestrations placed in cross-ventilation patterns to introduce abundant natural light and ventilation into the spaces. The use of minimalistic luxury finishes, white concrete forms, ornamentation, and natural stone tiles in the design of the project stands as a testament to the opulent standard and nature of the client that has been refined by his journey through life.
